Tangy Green Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 12 small head cabbage
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 12 c sour cream
- juice of 1 small lemon
- 12 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Grate cabbage cut into thin strips or chop finely
- In a large bowl combine cabbage dill and parsley Blend together the sour cream and lemon juice
- Pour over cabbage
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Mix well Serves 3
