Tangy Green Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 12 small head cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 12 c sour cream
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • 12 tsp salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Grate cabbage cut into thin strips or chop finely
  2. In a large bowl combine cabbage dill and parsley Blend together the sour cream and lemon juice
  3. Pour over cabbage
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Mix well Serves 3
