Tangy Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg light white cake mix
  • 8 oz plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 13 c vegetable oil
  • 14 c water
  • 34 c cholesterol free egg product or 3 eggs

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325
  2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Pour into pan bake for 40 to 45 minutes
