Tangy Lemon Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg light white cake mix
- 8 oz plain yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 13 c vegetable oil
- 14 c water
- 34 c cholesterol free egg product or 3 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes
- Pour into pan bake for 40 to 45 minutes
