Ingredients

  • 1 lb shelled deveined shrimp
  • 1 c salsa
  • 1 c rice cooked
  • 1 jar 4 oz chopped green chilies drained
  • 13 c chopped scallions
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. In bowl mix shrimp and salsa
  2. Cover and chill 1 hour
  3. Cook rice and add chilies scallions salt and pepper Mix well Skewer salsa-coated shrimp broil or grill
  4. Place on rice
  5. Serves 4
