Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 14 lb butter
- 1 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 12 c brown sugar
- 2 small eggs
- 2 Tbsp soft butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 23 c ground nuts
Directions
- Blend first four ingredients thoroughly
- Divide into 24 equal parts and form into balls
- Place a ball into each of 24 miniature muffin pans
- Press thumb into each ball to make a shell
- Beat with a fork the next 4 ingredients until blended
- Place a few ground nuts in each shell and pour filling over each
- Bake 30 minutes at 350
