Tasty Baked Fish

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp minced onion
• 12 tsp powdered mustard
• 1 12 tsp water
• 1 12 lb fish fillet
• 34 tsp salt
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• pinch of black pepper
• paprika to garnish

Directions

1. Combine onion mustard and water
2. Let stand 10 minutes
3. Wipe fish with damp cloth and arrange in baking dish
4. Sprinkle with salt
5. Combine mayonnaise lemon juice onion and mustard mixture and black pepper
6. Pour mixture over fish
7. Bake in preheated oven at 500 for 12 to 17 minutes or until done and lightly brown Garnish with paprika
8. Serves 6
