Tasty Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb hamburger
- 34 c oatmeal
- 12 onion chopped
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 c tomato juice
- 12 c milk or cream
Directions
- Mix all ingredients pack firmly in a greased loaf pan
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350
- Pour catsup on top before serving
