Tasty Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 egg
- 12 c brown sugar
- 12 c white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp salt optional
Directions
- Beat egg with one teaspoon water
- Mix pecans to coat with egg and water mixture
- Mix sugar cinnamon nutmeg and salt
- Add pecans to mixture
- Stir thoroughly
- Spread on large cookie sheet Bake at 250 for 60 minutes stirring once
