Tater Crisp Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 c instant potato flakes
- 12 c margarine
- 1 2 to 3 lb fryer
Directions
- Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Rinse fryer in cold water and cut into serving pieces
- Pat dry
- Dip pieces in melted margarine and roll in potato flakes
- Place skin side up in prepared dish and season to taste
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until done
