Taters

Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 12 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp garlic salt
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 6 potatoes
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 12 tsp onion salt
Directions
- Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Wash and wedge potatoes Soak wedges in cold water for 12 hour
- Mix together dry ingredients
- Coat wedges with mixture
- Place in pan on top of melted butter
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes turning once after 20 minutes
