Tea Ring

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3 c flour
• 1 scoop sugar 12 c
• 4 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• little nutmeg
• 12 c lard
• water

Directions

1. Sift all dry ingredients together
2. Add beaten egg
3. Add lard and as much water as needed
4. Put on board and stretch long Spread with butter
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
6. Roll up and bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean
