Teatime PuffsDiabetic Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar replacement
- 12 c creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Beat egg whites and salt until frothy
- Add sugar replacement beating until mixture is stiff fold into the peanut butter
- Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
