TeenS Rib Liners
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 Tbsp butter or oleo
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper optional
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 No 2 can red kidney beans drained and chopped fine
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 8 hamburger buns
Directions
- Brown the hamburger in the oleo
- Add the salt pepper onion and garlic
- Stir in the kidney beans
- Add the oregano and chili powder
- Simmer for 10 minutes longer
- Put a generous spoonful of this mixture in each bun and serve with potato chips and pickles
