Tender Roast

Ingredients
- 2 or 3 lb roast or 6 pork chops
- 1 medium onion
- 1 10 12 oz can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Spray pan with Pam
- Slice onion in bottom of pan
- Wash salt and pepper the roast
- Lay roast on onion in pan
- Cover roast with the undiluted soup
- Cover pan with aluminum foil
- Cook in a 300 oven for 3 hours
- This will make its own gravy
