Tender Roast

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 lb roast or 6 pork chops
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 10 12 oz can cream of celery soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Spray pan with Pam
  2. Slice onion in bottom of pan
  3. Wash salt and pepper the roast
  4. Lay roast on onion in pan
  5. Cover roast with the undiluted soup
  6. Cover pan with aluminum foil
  7. Cook in a 300 oven for 3 hours
  8. This will make its own gravy
