Teriyaki Beef Jerky

Ingredients
- 1 lean flank steak 1 14 to 1 12 lb
- 12 c soy sauce
- 14 c teriyaki sauce
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 14 tsp onion powder
- pinch of salt
- 12 tsp lemon pepper
Directions
- Mix sauce well and pour over thin sliced beef
- Let marinate at least 4 hours
- Place strips on wire rack over cookie sheet Bake at 150 for 11 to 12 hours
- Blot excess grease
- Store in container with a lid at room temperature
