Teriyaki Beef Jerky

Ingredients

  • 1 lean flank steak 1 14 to 1 12 lb
  • 12 c soy sauce
  • 14 c teriyaki sauce
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 14 tsp onion powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 12 tsp lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Mix sauce well and pour over thin sliced beef
  2. Let marinate at least 4 hours
  3. Place strips on wire rack over cookie sheet Bake at 150 for 11 to 12 hours
  4. Blot excess grease
  5. Store in container with a lid at room temperature
