Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 34 lb flank steak
  • 14 c reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 14 c water
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 12 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 c broccoli chopped
  • 1 c fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped

Directions

  1. Trim fat from beef
  2. Cut into strips
  3. Combine next 5 ingredients in an 8-inch square pan
  4. Add steak to marinade turn to coat
  5. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour
