Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 34 lb flank steak
- 14 c reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 14 c water
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 12 tsp ground ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 c broccoli chopped
- 1 c fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
Directions
- Trim fat from beef
- Cut into strips
- Combine next 5 ingredients in an 8-inch square pan
- Add steak to marinade turn to coat
- Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour
