Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 20 chicken wings

Directions

  1. Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, m.s.g. and pepper in large bowl with tight seal.
  2. Add chicken wings; refrigerate for 12 to 16 hours.
  3. Turn bowl upside-down after 6 hours.
  4. After 12 hours, place chicken onto a sheet pan and place in oven at 375° for 45 minutes.
