Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients
- 3 lb round steak
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 small piece ginger root
- 12 c soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
Directions
- Freeze steak for 1 hour
- Slice thin cross grain
- Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish
- Add steak slices Marinate for 12 hour
- Place on broiler rack
- Broil 4-inches from heat
- Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until brown turning to other side
- Serve immediately
