Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients

  • 3 lb round steak
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 small piece ginger root
  • 12 c soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

  1. Freeze steak for 1 hour
  2. Slice thin cross grain
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish
  4. Add steak slices Marinate for 12 hour
  5. Place on broiler rack
  6. Broil 4-inches from heat
  7. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until brown turning to other side
  8. Serve immediately
