Teriyaki Steak Strips

Ingredients
- 2 to 2 12 lb flank steak cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 c undiluted beef consomme
- 13 c soy sauce
- 1 12 tspseasoned or regular salt
- 14 c chopped scallions with tops or use onion salt
- 1 clove garlic minced or garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar or honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- except flank steakMarinate flank steak overnight
- Grill
