Ingredients

• 2 whole boned chicken breasts
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp Accent
• 2 eggs beaten
• dry bread crumbs
• 12 c butter or margarine
• 2 3 oz cans sliced mushrooms
• 4 slices Muenster cheese
• 2 c chicken stock
• 1 lemon halved

Directions

1. Season chicken with salt and Accent
2. Cover with beaten egg for 2 to 4 hours
3. Drain chicken and roll in bread crumbs brown in butter
4. Place in baking dish cover with drained mushrooms and top with cheese Bake at 350 for 30 minutes basting every 5 to 10 minutes with chicken stock
5. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken just before serving
