  • 6 oz 1 12 c shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 12 c roasted red bell peppers from 725 oz jar drained chopped
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 1 45 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 14 c chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • Salsa
