Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 fryer boiled deboned and chopped
- 1 large bag taco Doritos crumbled
- 1 12 c chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 14 c chopped onions
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- grated Cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- black olives
Directions
- Mix chicken broth soups chili powder Ro-Tel onions and bell pepper
- Place half of the chicken in casserole dish
- Pour half of the soup mixture on top
- Crumble half of the Doritos on top Layer again in this order
- Top with grated cheese
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
- Serve topped with sour cream and black olives Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles
