Tex-Mex Soup

Ingredients
- 12 lb ground beef can use turkey or chicken
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes stewed tomatoes work well
- 1 16 oz can pinto beans
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 c water
- 23 c picante sauce or more to taste
- 14 tsp cumin
Directions
- In a 3-quart saucepan brown onion and hamburger
- Add remaining ingredients
- Heat for 10 minutes
- Serve with crushed corn or tortilla chips cheese sour cream and shredded lettuce
