Texas-Style Beans And Rice

Ingredients
- 1 16 to 18 oz jar or can baked beans
- 18 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 12 c picante sauce
- 12 c beer
- 14 c brown sugar
- 2 c cooked rice
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 c diced or slivered red or sweet white onion
- chopped cilantro
Directions
- Combine beans tomatoes picante sauce beer and brown sugar in large saucepan
- Simmer uncovered 20 minutes
- Stir in rice and salt heat through
- Sprinkle with onion and cilantro
