Texas Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 12 c shortening
• 1 c water
• 12 c margarine
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 c buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp soda
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix flour and sugar
2. Bring shortening water margarine and cocoa to boil
3. Pour over flour and sugar mixture
4. Add buttermilk sour cream can be substituted eggs vanilla baking soda and salt
5. Mix thoroughly
6. Pour into 12 x 17-inch sheet pan
7. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
