Texas Chili

Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless beef chuck thinly cut in 2-inch strips
- 14 lb beef suet chopped
- 1 28 oz can tomatoes
- 12 c beef broth
- 2 onions sliced
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 Tbsp diced green chilies
- 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 12 tsp cumin
- 3 bay leaves crumbled
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker at simmer setting Simmer for about 5 hours
- Serves 6 to 8
