Texas Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 3 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 small jar picante sauce as hot as you like it
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes optional
Directions
- Brown meats and drain
- Melt cheese in a microwave-proof dish Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and mix well
- Let crock-pot warm all ingredients and keep the crock-pot on low while serving Stir occasionally to keep it from sticking to the bottom
- Serve with lightly salted tortilla chips
- Great for tailgating parties or other social gathering
- May not look very appetizing but it tastes delicious
