Texas Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken or shrimp soup undiluted
- 34 c grated Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp sherry optional
- 1 doz eggs
Directions
- Blend and heat the soup cheese and sherry
- Soft scramble 1 dozen eggs combine with other ingredients
- Put in an ovenproof casserole
- Refrigerate overnight
- To reheat put in 300 oven for 1 hour
- Serves 4 to 6
