Texas Hot Cocoa Cake

Ingredients

• 1 stick oleo
• 1 c water
• 12 c Crisco
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 c buttermilk
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt

Directions

1. Bring to a boil first 3 ingredients
2. Sift in large bowl sugar flour and cocoa
3. Pour liquid mixture over flour mixture and beat until smooth
4. Add remaining ingredients
5. Pour in large oblong pan and bake 25 minutes at 400
