Texas Hot Dog Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburg
• 1 onion chopped fine
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 2 c water
• 2 Tbsp chili powder
• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 Tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp regular mustard

Directions

1. Brown hamburg and onion in oil Work hamburg with fork until fine Add remaining ingredients Salt and pepper
2. Simmer no less than 2 hours
