Texas Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken celery or mushroom soup
- 10 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 pt sour cream
- 12 c finely chopped onion
- 2 c crushed corn flakes
- 14 c melted butter
Directions
- Cover potato mixture with crumb mixture
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes less time if potatoes are thawed
