Texas Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb bag frozen shredded hash browns thawed
  • 12 c butter melted
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 12 onion chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 2 c corn flakes crushed
  • 14 c butter

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients but last two
  2. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
  3. Top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
  4. Serves 8 to 10
