Texas Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb bag frozen shredded hash browns thawed
- 12 c butter melted
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 12 onion chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c sour cream
- 2 c corn flakes crushed
- 14 c butter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients but last two
- Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes
- Serves 8 to 10
