Texas Rice

Ingredients
- 1 12 c water
- 1 14 c quick cooking rice
- 1 single serving size envelope instant creamy chicken soup mix
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp snipped parsley optional
Directions
- In 3-quart casserole combine the water uncooked rice soup mix and onion
- Cover cook on 100 power High for 4 to 5 minutes or until boiling
- Let stand covered 5 minutes
- Stir before serving
- Garnish with parsley if desired
