Texas Tumbleweed Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 lb fresh peaches or 2 large cans drained
- 2 12 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp oleo
- 5 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix flour sugar and baking powder
- Add milk and whisk together
- Melt a stick of oleo in a 12 x 9 or 13 x 9-inch pan Pour batter over margarine
- Do not mix margarine and batter Arrange peaches over batter
- Blend last 4 ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over peaches
- Bake about 60 minutes or until golden brown in a 350 oven
- Serve warm with ice cream
