Thanksgiving Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb cranberries
- 1 small can crushed pineapple drained
- 34 c cane sugar
- 2 c whipping cream or 8 oz Cool Whip
- 34 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Grind cranberries fine
- Add pineapple and sugar
- Stir well Let stand in refrigerator overnight covered
- Two hours before serving whip cream
- Add nuts
- Place in a serving bowl and chill
