Thanksgiving Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage Bob Evans mild
- 1 c chopped celery
- 12 c chopped onion
- 14 lb 1 stick butter
- 1 loaf white bread cubed and dried
- 14 loaf whole wheat cubed and dried
- 2 eggs
- milk to moisten
- poultry seasoning
- 1 can mushrooms stems and pieces
Directions
- Fry sausage Pour off grease drain on paper towels
- Place in frying pan butter celery and onion and fry until celery is soft Pour over breadcrumbs
- Add sausage
- Mix together milk and eggs Pour over crumbs and add poultry seasoning to taste
- Add mushroom pieces chopped fine
- Stuff turkey and enjoy
