The 8-Minute Light N Fruity Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 3 oz jello any flavor
- 23 c boiling water
- 2 c ice cubes
- 1 tub 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 c fresh fruit sliced strawberries peaches bananas raspberries or blueberries
- OR you can use 1 8 oz can of drained apricots sliced peaches fruit cocktail or pineapple
- 1 pkg graham cracker crust
Directions
- Dissolve jello completely in boiling water stirring about 3 minutes
- Add ice cubes and stir until jello is thickened about 2-3 minutes
- Remove any unmelted ice
- Using a wire whisk blend in Cool Whip then whip until smooth
- Fold in fruit
- Chill if necessary until mixture will mound up
- Spoon into prepared pie crust
- Chill 2 hours
- Garnish if desired
