The Barn Doors Garlic Dressing

Ingredients

• 6 raw eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 4 c salad oil
• 4 hard-boiled eggs finely chopped
• 4 cloves garlic chopped
• 4 green onions chopped
• 12 c lemon juice and vinegar mixed

Directions

1. Place raw eggs in the mixer
2. While beating add salt and mustard
3. Slowly add the oil then remaining ingredients
4. Store dressing in covered jar
