The Best Yeast Bread
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 c warm milk 110 to 115
- 1 pkg yeast dissolved in milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Have ingredients at room temperature
- Heat milk to lukewarm Add yeast stirring to dissolve
- Cream 1 stick butter sugar and salt
- Add milk and yeast to butter mixture
- Beat eggs and add Beat together
- Add 1 12 cups flour mixing well
- Cover and let rise 1 hour
- Add 1 12 cups flour and mix well
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight
- Drop by spoonfuls into greased Bundt or tube pan
- Pour 1 stick melted butter over mix
- Let rise 3 hours
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Slice to serve
