The Cake That DonT Last

Ingredients
- 1 c crushed pineapple
- 3 large bananas mashed
- 1 c chopped nuts optional
- 1 12 c Wesson oil
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
Directions
- Mix by hand pineapple bananas and oil
- Add all dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour into a tube pan that has been greased and floured
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until well done
- Stays moist as long as it lasts
