The PreacherS Coming

Ingredients

• 1 graham cracker crust for 13 x 9-inch pan
• 3 sq unsweetened chocolate
• 1 c oleo or butter
• 3 c confectioners sugar
• 3 eggs separated
• 1 12 tsp vanilla
• 34 half gal vanilla ice cream
• chopped nuts optional
• 1 shaved chocolate square

Directions

1. Make a graham cracker crust for a 9 x 13-inch pan
2. Melt chocolate with oleo over low heat add sugar and mix well
3. Beat egg yolks and add to chocolate mixture
4. Stir well
5. Add vanilla and stir
6. Beat egg whites until very stiff fold them into chocolate mixture
7. Add nuts if desired
8. Pour chocolate mixture into crust chill in freezer until firm to touch
