The Ten Minutes No Fuss Healthy Lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas drained
  • 3 medium tomatoes cubed
  • 1 medium red onion diced
  • 1 can chunk white tuna drained
  • 14 c olive oil
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • French bread or pitas

Directions

  1. In medium bowl combine the chickpeas tomatoes onion and tuna
  2. Mix olive oil vinegar and pepper until blended
  3. Pour over chickpeas-tuna mixture
  4. Toss
  5. Serve with bread
  6. Serves 3 to 4
