The Ten Minutes No Fuss Healthy Lunch

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas drained
- 3 medium tomatoes cubed
- 1 medium red onion diced
- 1 can chunk white tuna drained
- 14 c olive oil
- 3 to 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 14 tsp pepper
- French bread or pitas
Directions
- In medium bowl combine the chickpeas tomatoes onion and tuna
- Mix olive oil vinegar and pepper until blended
- Pour over chickpeas-tuna mixture
- Toss
- Serve with bread
- Serves 3 to 4
