Thick Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cans chunk pineapple 20 oz
- 3 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 jar cherries
- 3 bananas
- 1 small box vanilla pudding not instant
- 1 small box vanilla tapioca pudding not instant
- 1 small box either of vanilla pudding or tapioca pudding you wil need a total of 3 boxes all together
Directions
- Drain the fruit and use the juice instead of milk to cook the pudding using 4 12 cups of juice
- Add orange juice if you dont have enough from the fruit
- Cook until thick
- Cool completely Add all of the fruit except the bananas which you will add when you serve
- Keep in refrigerator
- This is enough for a 9 x 13-inch cake pan
