Thick Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
- 16 lb tomatoes peeled and cored
- 12 c oil 2 Tbsp olive oil is better
- 4 medium onions diced
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 12 oz cans tomato paste
- 14 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp oregano
- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp basil
- 34 tsp pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 green peppers
Directions
- Heat oil and cook onions garlic and peppers until tender Stir often
- Add tomatoes and rest of ingredients
- Bring to boil and simmer 2 hours
- Take out bay leaves
- I freeze in Tupperware
