Thin Corn Fritters

Ingredients
- 4 ears cooked corn
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs separated
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Cut down the rows of corn
- Press out the pulp and milk
- Into the corn stir the seasonings
- Slightly beat egg yolks and add to the mixture
- Beat egg whites to a thick foam and blend into the corn mixture
