Three-Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 3 oz wedges Blue cheese
  • 2 3 oz jars process Cheddar cheese spread
  • 4 3 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 c snipped parsley or bottled parsley flakes
  • 1 c ground pecans

Directions

  1. Let cheeses soften at room temperature
  2. In medium bowl combine cheeses onion and Worcestershire sauce blend well
  3. Stir in 14 cup parsley and 12 cup pecans
  4. Shape into ball and place in bowl that has been lined with wax paper
  5. Refrigerate overnight
  6. About an hour before serving remove ball from refrigerator and roll in mixture of 12 cup ground pecans and 14 cup parsley
  7. Place on serving dish surround with crackers
