Three-Minute Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 14 c melted margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 14 c buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c coconut
- 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell
Directions
- Combine cooled margarine sugar eggs buttermilk and vanilla in a bowl mix well
- Stir in coconut
- Pour into pie shell
- Bake at 325 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set
- Yields 8 servings
