Three Cheese Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 8 oz lasagna noodles
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped green peppers
- 10 34 oz cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz sliced mushrooms drained
- 12 c chopped pimiento
- 13 c skim milk
- 12 tsp basil
- 1 12 c low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 c chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 12 c shredded American cheese
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook noodles
- Drain well
- In saucepan cook onions and pepper in small amount of water until tender
- Drain
- Add soup and mushrooms pimiento milk and basil to vegetables
- Layer 12 of noodles 12 mix chicken and cheeses
- Repeat
- Bake in covered casserole in 350 oven for 45 minutes
