Three Cheese Roulade
Ingredients
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 13 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c hot milk
- 6 eggs separated
- 13 c sour cream
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 34 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 7 12 oz pkg farmer cheese softened
- 1 4 oz pkg Boursin or herb and garlic cheese softened
- 23 c shredded Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese
- lettuce for garnish optional
- cherry tomatoes for garnish optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan Line with wax paper grease again set aside
- Lightly grease a piece of foil 15 inches long set aside
