Three Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 c melted margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn undrained
- 1 8 oz container onion dip
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 1 box 8 12 oz corn muffin mix
Directions
- Heat oven to 325
- Grease 2 12-quart casserole
- Beat eggs add corn margarine onion dip and pepper
- Beat until blended Stir in corn muffin mix
- Bake 40 minutes or until pick comes out clean
