Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can low salt corn
  • 3 or 4 white potatoes peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 13 soup can water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Brown the ground beef drain and set aside
  3. Drain the liquid from the corn and set aside
  4. Cover the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish with a layer of sliced potatoes Put a layer of the cooked ground beef over the potatoes
  5. Put a layer of corn over the ground beef
  6. Continue layering the potatoes ground beef and corn until all used
  7. In a bowl mix the soup and pour over the top of the other ingredients
  8. Cover and bake 1 to 1 14 hours or until potatoes are done
