Three Layer Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can low salt corn
- 3 or 4 white potatoes peeled and sliced thin
- 1 can tomato soup
- 13 soup can water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown the ground beef drain and set aside
- Drain the liquid from the corn and set aside
- Cover the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish with a layer of sliced potatoes Put a layer of the cooked ground beef over the potatoes
- Put a layer of corn over the ground beef
- Continue layering the potatoes ground beef and corn until all used
- In a bowl mix the soup and pour over the top of the other ingredients
- Cover and bake 1 to 1 14 hours or until potatoes are done
